Our aim at Great Italy Tour is to make your booking process for day tours, shore excursions, transfers, and package vacations as clear and simple as possible.

Please find below the steps you need to follow to book your unforgettable Bocelli FarmHouse experience.

Day Tours, Shore Excursions and Transfer Booking Procedure

Please adhere to the following booking procedure in order to successfully book your day tour, shore excursion or transfer with us:

• Contact our customer service team by e-mail at in**@bo**************.com to learn all the options available and discuss the service that best suits your needs.
• You will receive a booking form by e-mail. Please fill it with your personal information and desired services and return it signed via e-mail.
• Once we receive and thoroughly check your booking form, we will email it to you signed by Great Italy Tour.
• Once you receive the signed booking form, you can proceed with prepayment via Credit Card Transaction. Please note that American Express is not accepted.

Package Vacations Booking Procedure

Please adhere to the following booking procedure in order to successfully book your package vacation with us:

• Contact our customer service team by e-mail at in**@bo**************.com to learn all the options available and discuss the service that best suits your needs.
• You will receive a booking form by e-mail. Please fill it with your personal information and desired services and return it signed via e-mail.
• Once we receive and thoroughly check your booking form, we will email it to you signed by Great Italy Tour.
• Once you receive the signed booking form, you can proceed with prepayment via Credit Card Transaction. You will be required to pay 40% of the total amount in advance and settle the remaining 60% balance 50 days before the tour start date. Please note that American Express is not accepted.
